Are you interested in a cake light and very refreshing in the summer (although this year was soffocantissima)? Then you my guests to sample a slice of cake that will be the subject of my post. Warmly recommend this cake to anyone who like the sweet and savory (as I said before) very light.
Here is the recipe:
SPONGE
100g white chocolate 150g flour 50g cornstarch
3 teaspoons baking powder 125g butter 175g sugar
3uova
6 tablespoons milk
SAUCE CAMPARI
200ml orange juice 50ml Campari
2cucchiaini sugar (optional)
6g gelatin
CREAM CAMPARI
4 sheets gelatin
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon grated
d'Arac
125ml orange juice 4 tablespoons Campari
400g ricotta cheese 75g icing sugar
E decoriamola lasciado now ... free your imagination ....
